Captain Otoyo’s sister passed away today at Nakuru Referral Hospital (also known as Nakuru Provincial General Hospital). According to Otoyo, her body will be transported to Matuga-Kwale for burial later today, following Islamic traditions.
In 2021, Otoyo experienced another loss when he lost his brother. He shared the news on his social media at the time, writing, “Just lost my bro Bashir a few hours ago. The burial will be tomorrow, Wednesday, March 3rd, at 1 pm at Mogotio Muslim Cemetery, immediately after Salatul Dhuhr.”
