His statement aimed to dismiss circulating rumors about his alleged challenges, which had sparked widespread concern among his followers. Despite his reassurances, a section of his fans remained skeptical, with many questioning his appearance and demeanor in the video.

Social media was soon flooded with mixed reactions. Some fans expressed doubt, with comments like:

  • missmercy_w: “Mwenye macho haambiwi tazama. It’s all clear he’s not well; he needs help, though he’s in denial stage 😥😥😥.”
  • felester_8: “But he doesn’t look okay.”
  • giftedpictures254: “Why are they talking on his behalf? You can’t say someone is okay; mental health is very serious.”
  • no_wahallaz: “These men are not good friends… I don’t think this guy has recovered from his traumas. They should let him seek professional counseling and get off social media for some time.”

Others criticized what they perceived as attempts to downplay the issue. Comments like yohbrah1’s “Give people help when they need it, acha PR stunts” and jahkey_254’s “The extent watu uenda for likes is crazy…ako sawa na mnamuongelelea” reflected frustration over the handling of the situation.

A number of fans also pointed fingers at Desagu’s friends, accusing them of not offering genuine support. kithingabeth remarked, “An example of fake friends we have nowadays…sasa hii inasaidia Desagu na nini,” questioning their role in his recovery.

The divided reactions highlight fans’ deep concern for Desagu’s well-being and the importance of prioritizing mental health and genuine support in such situations.
