Brown Mauzo recently hinted at plans to propose to his girlfriend, Kabinga Jr., who opened up about her feelings on marriage. In an interview with Noriega Donself on his YouTube channel Condos Cigars Conversation, Kabinga admitted, “Marriage scares me,” sharing her concerns about the big commitment.
During their discussion, Noriega complimented Kabinga, recalling how during the filming of the “Ndagukunda” music video, he received numerous offers from politicians trying to get her contact details. When asked if she had ever been paid by someone approaching her professionally, Kabinga laughed and said, “I get approached all the time,” but she emphasized that she chooses who she engages with.
Noriega also questioned why Kabinga wasn’t yet married, especially with Mauzo hinting at a deeper commitment. Kabinga playfully responded, “Oh well, until they have, they haven’t.”
When asked about their matching tattoos, she casually explained, “Honestly, it was just a random thing I did,” before teasingly adding, “He’s a bad influence.”
Turning back to the topic of marriage, Noriega asked what it meant to her. Kabinga expressed her fears, stating, “It’s a big commitment. Once you’re in, there’s the idea of having kids and all that. It’s just something that scares me.”
Surprised, Noriega pressed, “But are you ready for it?” Kabinga responded, “Who said I’m ready?” When he asked what would happen if Mauzo proposed right now, Kabinga humorously replied, “I’ll take the ring and keep it. Just the ring… if it’s nice.”
