Magix Enga discloses his usual experiences when he gets intoxicated.

Once again, artist and music producer Magix Enga has expressed concerns about his ongoing struggles with alcohol addiction.

On his Facebook page, Enga admitted to resuming his drinking habits, attributing it partly to what he described as depression.

Previously, Enga had overcome significant difficulties, including being admitted to a rehabilitation center and later securing a job in a music studio in Eldoret city. However, he has recently been open about falling back into his addiction.

Enga explained that his drinking stems from his deep affection for his fans, even though he does not personally know them. “It’s sad that I don’t know people, but they know me because of my music. I drink every day because I love my fans and am always kind to everyone, which is frustrating when I interact with people who know me, but I don’t know them,” Enga shared.

He lamented the impact of alcohol on his memory, saying that he loses all recollection of the previous day and prays for divine protection during these times. “God protects me when I’m drunk. Please don’t call me—I don’t even remember what happened yesterday 😭 I regret my actions,” Enga added.

When advised to return to church for spiritual support, Enga seemed resistant, attributing his issues to stress rather than seeking religious solace. “You don’t understand why I drink; it’s because of stress,” he responded to the suggestion of turning to faith.
