Kenyan content creator Dem Wa Facebook recently showcased the progress of a three-bedroom apartment she is constructing for her parents. In a video on her YouTube channel, she expressed gratitude to God for her journey and thanked supportive female fans who have encouraged her.
“I’ve decided to build my parents a three-bedroom house so they can live comfortably while they’re still with us. I have genuine fans, thank you all for your support…the power of women, may God bless you for motivating me to come home and show you around,” she said.
Dem Wa Facebook emphasized that she undertook this project not only out of love but also as the family’s breadwinner, aiming to set a positive example. She shared her goal to have the house completed by December, highlighting the progress made in the three months since construction began, including roof installation.
The spacious house features dedicated sections for various purposes and is nearly finished, pending final tasks like window installation, plastering, plumbing, and electrical work. She clarified that sharing these updates was a response to online critics questioning her financial decisions, aiming to showcase her ongoing project and its positive impact.
