Jemimah Thiongo, the singer, is seeking Sh 3 million to settle her husband’s medical expenses.

Gospel music icon Jemimah Thiongo has issued a plea for support in raising Sh3 million to cover her husband Francis Thiongo’s medical expenses. Francis, whose current condition was not disclosed, faced complications following surgery that have rendered him immobile.

Jemimah revealed in a heartfelt social media video that her husband initially underwent a routine procedure that unexpectedly escalated, leading to an extended hospital stay of nearly three months. Despite raising Sh2.7 million through two previous fundraisers with the aid of relatives and friends, they still face a deficit of Sh3 million.

Expressing gratitude for the support received so far from friends and churches, Jemimah urged well-wishers to contribute to clearing the outstanding medical bills. Financial assistance can be sent to their PAY BILL account number 8056821.

The couple is hopeful for additional contributions to facilitate Francis’s recovery and eventual return home.
