Director Trevor recently addressed inquiries from fans eager to learn more about his breakup with Mungai Eve, which occurred earlier this year following their six-year relationship.
During an Instagram Q&A session, the founder of the KOM blog fielded various questions about the split. Fans were particularly interested in why he left the relationship with Mungai Eve, opting to retain only a few possessions such as their YouTube channel, Facebook account, and other minor items.
In response to a fan’s humorous query about why he didn’t take any household items, Trevor quipped, “To be honest, should I have taken a cooking pot?” He then elaborated on his decision to leave with minimal belongings, stressing the importance of starting afresh after a breakup.
According to Trevor, embarking on a new beginning post-breakup provides an opportunity for emotional healing, personal growth, gaining clarity, rebuilding confidence, establishing boundaries, and embracing new opportunities.
“This allows you to move on from past pain and focus on your life, learning from the past and looking forward to a positive future,” Trevor explained.
Trevor and Eve ended their relationship in February after nearly six years together.
Trevor’s remarks followed a recent incident where Mungai Eve was spotted wearing a white t-shirt bearing the words “my ex is my biggest fan.” It remains unclear whether the message was intentional or coincidental, and which ex it specifically referred to, though speculation suggested it might relate to Trevor.
